The Magic Rheo is intended for users of One Shot machines and anyone who wants to efficiently and quickly control the viscosity or flow rate of masses (chocolate, ganache, and pralines) or fillings (marmalade...).
The heating plate can be set at different tilt angles depending on the texture of the mass.

The graduated and thermostatically controlled plate is adjustable from +20.0 °C to +40.0 °C with an accuracy of 0.1 °C. The tilt can vary from 30° to 75° depending on the texture of the mass.

Up to three measurements can be performed simultaneously. A side button activates the integrated stopwatch for precise monitoring of the flow time.

The system is designed for practicality: an aluminum capsule for quick sampling and a removable plate for easy cleaning.
