Technical specifications

The 420 ATC/P enrober, equipped with an intermediate pump and a 42 cm belt width, is the ideal solution for enrobing tall and large products such as desserts or individual portions of all kinds. Thanks to the intermediate pump, the tempering performance is approximately 5 times that of the ATC models.

Equipped with a PLC control system with a 10″ digital screen for menu-guided operation. Temperature and setting value programming (recipes), automation of chocolate decrystallization and recrystallization, electronic temperature control with 1/*10°C adjustment for heating and cooling.

This machine offers enough space to comfortably create your molds.
The machine, as well as the intermediate pump and the enrobing grid, are very easy to clean.

Liquid chocolate can be added during the process, either manually or automatically using an LCM melting tank.
