Technical specifications

The 320 ATC/P enrober with intermediate pump and 32 cm belt width is the ideal solution for enrobing large and tall products such as entremets or individual portions of all kinds. Thanks to the intermediate pump, tempering performance is around 5 times that of ATC models.

PLC control with 10″ digital display for menu guidance. Programming of temperatures and set values (recipes), automation of chocolate decrystallization and recrystallization, electronic temperature control with 1/*10°C adjustment for heating and cooling.

This machine offers ample space for molding.
The machine, intermediate pump and enrobing grid are easy to clean.

Liquid chocolate can be added during the process, either manually or automatically using an LCM melter.
