Thanks to its compact design, this machine also fits into small businesses.
With belt widths of 18 cm, it is suitable for enrobing pralines and biscuits (a dipping device is also part of the equipment). The machine and the enrobing grid are easy to clean.
Mouldings can be made directly on the machine. Changing chocolate is very simple. Liquid chocolate can be added, manually or fully automatically, during the process using an LCM melter.
