The dosing head was designed to facilitate molding and dosing operations in chocolate laboratories. It allows for programming a weight ranging from 20 to 600 grams, with an adjustable dosing time from 1 to 10 seconds. This proportional operation ensures perfect consistency in repetitive productions.
It can be used in two distinct modes: in automatic mode, the defined dosage is repeated continuously with a pause interval, or in manual mode, via a pedal that allows for case-by-case triggering. It can be easily installed on all LCM AT or ATC type tempering and enrobing machines. Thanks to its removable electrical control box, a single dosing head can be used on multiple machines, making it particularly flexible.
Designed for daily use, it cleans quickly and easily, ensuring significant time savings and optimal hygiene.
