Technical specifications

The 320 ATC enrober is designed for enrobing pralines, cakes, pastry bases, and other products thanks to its long dripping distance.
Its generous space also allows for easy molding. Chocolate can be added manually or automatically via an LCM melter.

It features a PLC control with a 10″ digital screen for intuitive guidance, temperature management, recipes, decrystallization, and recrystallization.
Ventilated hood heating, adjustable blower with filter, height-adjustable chute, transparent plexiglass cover, and a 1.4 m dishwasher-safe belt ensure efficiency, hygiene, and ease of use.

It is possible to add liquid chocolate, manually or fully automatically, during the process using an LCM melter.
