Technical specifications

The 240 ATC enrober is designed for enrobing pralines, cakes, pastry bases, and other products, thanks to its long draining distance.
Its generous space also allows for easy molding. Chocolate can be added manually or automatically via an LCM melter.

It features a PLC control with a 10″ digital screen for intuitive guidance, temperature management, recipes, decrystallization, and recrystallization.
Ventilated hood heating, adjustable blower with filter, height-adjustable chute, transparent plexiglass cover, and a 1.4 m dishwasher-safe belt guarantee efficiency, hygiene, and ease of use.

Liquid chocolate can be added, manually or fully automatically, during the process using an LCM melter.
