Machine with high tempering capacity, reaching up to 300 kg/h, and extremely simple to use and clean.
Equipped with a PLC control system with a 10″ digital screen for menu-guided operation. Features include temperature and setting value programming (recipes), automated chocolate decrystallization and recrystallization, and electronic temperature control with 1/10°C adjustment for heating and cooling. Both tanks can operate in cascade mode or separately in Twin Temper mode (for processing two different chocolates).
Automatic filling of liquid chocolate is possible using LCM melting tanks (M models) or melting tanks from other brands.
