Machine with a high tempering capacity of up to 300 kg/h, and which is extremely simple to use and clean.
Equipped with a PLC control with a 10″ digital screen for menu-guided operation. Programming of temperatures and setting values (recipes), automation of chocolate decrystallization and recrystallization, electronic temperature control with adjustment to 1/*10°C for heating and cooling. Both tanks can operate in cascade mode as well as separately in Twin Temper mode (for working with two different chocolates).
Automatic liquid chocolate filling is possible via LCM melting tanks (M models) or melting tanks from other brands.
