The MILL50 ball mill is a high-performance industrial solution for refining nut pastes (such as hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, macadamias...), but also for the production of spreads, chocolate, substitutes, and pastes intended for pastry and ice cream making.
With a processing capacity of 50 kg, the MILL50 offers a throughput of 45 to 50 kg/h, while ensuring a grinding fineness of 20 to 22 microns. It operates with a minimum fat content of 30%, guaranteeing a creamy and homogeneous texture.
An integrated refrigeration unit ensures precise temperature control throughout the process to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the ingredients used. An internal heating system is also provided for certain recipes, preventing the solidification of fats between the steel balls during production breaks.
The recirculation circuit, activated by a patented pump, allows for the production of fluid creams rich in oil or sugar, whether raw or processed.
The tank, balls, and mixing arm are entirely made of treated steel, ensuring impeccable hygiene, easy cleaning, and high performance.
The MILL50 can be fed with nut flour from the CRICK-CROCK 100-4T grinder or directly with products from roasting lines.
