The MILL-200 refiner is designed for the production of dried fruit-based creams and spreads, with a processing capacity of 150 to 240 kg per batch. It guarantees a grinding fineness of 22 to 25 microns, suitable for a wide variety of ingredients such as hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts, or walnuts.
Entirely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, from the tank to the balls, including the mixing arm, recirculation pump, piping, and structural elements, the MILL-200 ensures optimal hygienic conditions. This design allows for hot water cleaning, offering more thorough and effective disinfection than a simple oil wash.
The machine integrates a closed-circuit cooling and heating system, requiring no connection to potable water, to maintain a constant and perfectly controlled working temperature, between 20 and 80 °C. This device is essential for preserving the organoleptic qualities of raw materials throughout the process.
The production flow is optimized by a volumetric recirculation and discharge pump, equipped with a frequency inverter for precise flow adjustment. The mixing arm speed is also electronically adjustable, ensuring perfect adaptation to different desired textures. An integrated magnetic filter retains any metallic impurities, ensuring impeccable quality of the finished product.
All machine functions are accessible via a human-machine interface (HMI) with a 7-inch touchscreen, offering intuitive navigation and complete process control. The electrical panel, integrated into the machine, is equipped with components from recognized brands such as Schneider Electric for the electromechanical part, Omron for the inverters, and Pixsys for the control system and interface.
