The CRICK-CROCK 100-4T features a high-performance cutting system for high-precision processing. Designed to adapt to various product types, it ensures excellent sizing of crushed products while preserving the natural properties of the ingredients. For dried fruits, the roller design limits the release of essential oil, thus preventing premature oxidation of the products.

This version features four passes, meaning four pairs of cutting rollers, allowing for complete multi-stage processing for an extremely homogeneous result, even with complex products. The roller size is configurable for optimal control over the fineness of the resulting product.

With a capacity ranging from 60 to 110 kg/h depending on the product type, this model is designed to meet the demands of higher production volumes. It can be equipped with belt conveyors for loading or unloading, as well as a vibrating screen to separate the different sizes obtained.

Cleaning is facilitated by the use of compressed air for quick maintenance during the day, and hot water, steam, or a sponge at the end of the day for perfect hygiene.

The entire machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring robustness and longevity. The rollers are adjustable with a precision of up to ± 10 mm, and their speed is adjustable via a variable speed drive. The CRICK-CROCK 100-4T can produce coarse or fine crushed products, as well as flour, depending on the chosen configuration. It is also possible to add several pieces of equipment to automate the entire grinding process.
