This model is equipped with three passes, meaning three pairs of cutting rollers, allowing for more thorough processing and increased precision in the final particle size. The size of the rollers can be customized to better control the fineness of the product according to production needs.

With a processing capacity ranging from 60 to 110 kg/h, this grinder adapts to various production rates. It can be complemented by automation solutions such as conveyors for product feeding or unloading, as well as vibrating screens for sorting the obtained fractions.

Cleaning the CRICK-CROCK 100-3T is simple: the rollers can be maintained with compressed air during the day, then cleaned with hot water, a sponge, or steam at the end of the shift.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this model is designed for durability and excellent long-term stability. The rollers are adjustable up to ± 10 mm, and their speed is controlled by an inverter. Depending on the settings, it is possible to produce crushed products of various sizes or flour. The minimum roller length is 100 mm, and several additional pieces of equipment can be added to optimize the entire process.
