The CRICK-CROCK 100-2T is equipped with a high-precision cutting system, specially designed to adapt to various product types. It ensures excellent consistency in the size of the crushed material, while preserving the organoleptic qualities of the raw ingredients. For dried fruits, the cutting rollers prevent essential oil leakage during processing, thus limiting the risk of rancidity.

This model features two passes, or two pairs of rollers, enabling multi-stage processing for a homogeneous result. It is also possible to customize the size of the cutting rollers to ensure constant control over particle size.

The Production capacity of the CRICK-CROCK 100-2T grinder ranges from 60 to 110 kg/h depending on the type of product used. Options such as a belt conveyor for loading, a vibrating screen for sorting crushed products, or a discharge belt can be added to automate the process.

Cleaning is easily performed with compressed air throughout the day, and with hot water and a sponge or steam at the end of each workday.

The machine is entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. Its robust structure ensures high processing precision and enhanced durability. The cutting rollers are adjustable with a gap of up to ± 10 mm. Their speed is adjustable via a frequency inverter.

The CRICK-CROCK 100-2T enables the production of coarse or fine crushed products, as well as flour, depending on the chosen configuration. The roller length starts from 100 mm, and the machine can be equipped with various accessories to adapt to customer needs.
