The Roaster-30E is a robust and high-performance machine, entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, which ensures the roasting, cooling, and peeling of nuts and oilseeds. This machine is ideal for processing products such as hazelnuts, peanuts, and pistachios.

Its Production capacity ranges from 15 to 35 kg per batch, depending on the type of fruit processed. Each roasting cycle lasts 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the fruit and the desired roasting level. Electric heating allows temperatures up to 250 °C to be reached, and the system relies on a traditional roasting method without the use of infrared.

The internal basket's rotation speed is electronically adjustable via a variator, which ensures precise control of the process. An integrated programmer allows the roasting time to be set to ensure optimal consistency of results.

After roasting, the machine performs the cooling and peeling of the fruits using a dedicated system, specifically designed to facilitate this step for hazelnuts, peanuts, and pistachios.

The device requires a 13 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz three-phase power supply, as well as a compressed air connection with a flow rate of approximately 150 to 200 liters per minute at a minimum pressure of 6 bars.
