The LCM TWIN Temper machines have been specially developed to always have two types of tempered chocolate available.
Equipped with a PLC control and a 10″ digital screen for menu-driven operation. Features include programming of temperatures and setting values (recipes), automation of chocolate decrystallization and recrystallization, and electronic temperature control with 1/10°C adjustment for heating and cooling.
The two tanks operate completely independently of each other and can be automatically filled with liquid chocolate by LCM melting units (M models).
Easy cleaning and mobility ensure flexible use of the LCM TWIN Temper models.
