The MILL25 ball mill is designed for refining nut pastes (such as hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, macadamias...), but also for the production of spreads, chocolate, substitutes, and preparations for ice cream and pastry.
Its processing capacity reaches up to 25 kg of finished product, with a throughput of 20 to 25 kg per hour, for a grinding fineness of approximately 20 to 22 microns. The process operates with a minimum fat content of 30% to ensure optimal results.
To preserve the organoleptic properties of the products, the MILL25 is equipped with a refrigeration unit allowing precise temperature control throughout the process. An integrated heating system, on the other hand, prevents the solidification of fat residues between the steel balls during downtime, depending on the recipes used.
The recirculation circuit, driven by a patented pump, facilitates the production of liquid creams rich in oil, sugars – whether processed or raw – and other complex ingredients.
Entirely made of treated steel, the tank, balls, and mixing arm ensure optimal hygiene, great ease of cleaning, and excellent performance.
The MILL25 operates notably with nut flour obtained from the CRICK-CROCK 100-4T grinder, or directly from nuts coming from roasting lines.
