The MIA Food Tech ROASTER-15 is an electronic machine designed for the precise roasting and drying of dried fruits such as hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, and others. Its processing capacity ranges from 10 to 20 kg per hour, depending on the type of fruit.
Roasting is performed homogeneously thanks to a modulated electric heating system that ensures precise temperature control throughout the process, thus optimizing energy consumption. The temperature is fully electronically adjustable to meet the specific needs of each product.
The time required for each batch varies between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the type of fruit and the desired degree of roasting. The machine is also equipped with a cyclone for smoke elimination and a carousel that facilitates the cooling and cleaning of roasted fruits.
Thanks to these features, the ROASTER-15 produces perfectly roasted dried fruits, suitable for direct sale as well as for use as a raw material in confectionery manufacturing.
