The MAGIC SCAN is the first temper meter specifically designed for artisan chocolatiers, allowing them to check the quality of mass tempering.
Compact, it sits directly on the workbench and comes with a tablet. The MAGIC SCAN transmits real-time measurement data to the tablet via user-friendly software that facilitates result interpretation and process adaptation. It features a stable and precise cooling block, adjustable from +5 °C to +10 °C, and displays the cooling curve in real time, along with key tempering values: time, slope, temperature, RSI.
It stores the history of the last five measurements and operates via Bluetooth® or USB connection. Easy to use, it is both compact and robust.
