If you wish to continuously fill a continuous tempering machine with liquid chocolate, we recommend using an LCM chocolate melter from the M series.
LCM melters from the M series feature an integrated pump system that allows for fully automatic filling of LCM AT and ATC type machines with liquid chocolate.
The electronically controlled pump operates independently of the agitator and is only used when needed.
