Designed for heavy-duty production processes, this machine is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. All its components are engineered for continuous, long-term operation. The frame and all product-contact parts are stainless steel, and its hemispherical bowl features an internal mirror-polished finish for optimal hygiene and easy cleaning.
The DRG-50 ECO is equipped with a centrifugal fan for efficient air blowing, accelerating the coating process. An internal air cooling and heating unit allows operation over a wide temperature range (from 5 to 40 °C). This enables the injection of "dry" air into the bowl, combining hot and cold for faster coating and superior results.
A chocolate spraying system is included, featuring height and tilt adjustment. You can program the spraying time and delay time for a fully automatic work cycle. The chocolate tank is heated, with an adjustable temperature from 20 to 60 °C.
Electronic adjustment of the bowl's rotation speed ensures precise control. The internal electrical cabinet integrates reliable components from Schneider Electric and Omron drivers. An integrated HMI (Human-Machine Interface) operator panel offers intuitive control of all work cycle parameters.
With a batch duration ranging from 40-45 minutes for a 1:1 coating and 60-70 minutes for a 2:1 coating, the DRG-50 ECO ensures high productivity. It requires a 400V 50 Hz, 10 kW three-phase Power supply, with the option to order a machine adapted for a different voltage.
