Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this machine is designed for heavy-duty production processes. Its robust components ensure continuous operation for hours without a hitch. The chassis, all parts in contact with the product, and the hemispherical bowl with its internal mirror polish guarantee impeccable hygiene and extended longevity.
The DRG-50 PRO integrates a centrifugal fan for efficient air blowing that accelerates the coating process. Its separate air cooling and heating unit, with a temperature range of 5 to 40 °C, allows for combining hot and cold air to produce "dry" blown air, optimizing the speed and quality of the coating.
The chocolate spraying system offers precise height and tilt adjustment. You can set spraying and delay times, allowing for a fully automatic work cycle. The chocolate tank is heated, with an adjustable temperature from 20 to 60 °C, ensuring ideal product viscosity.
The electronic adjustment of the bowl's rotation speed offers perfect control over the process. A major asset of this model is its automatic bowl tilting, which significantly simplifies product discharge once coating is complete. The internal electrical cabinet, with reliable components from Schneider Electric and Omron, and the integrated HMI operator panel provide intuitive control of all machine functions.
In terms of productivity, the DRG-50 PRO is extremely efficient. The duration of a batch varies from 40 to 50 minutes for a 1:1 coating and from 60 to 70 minutes for a 2:1 coating, ensuring formidable efficiency for your high-volume productions.
