The DRG-5 PRO is an advanced panning machine, designed for the production of dragees, confections, and colored coatings. An evolution of the DRG-5 ECO model, it offers increased versatility, capable of operating efficiently even when the ambient temperature exceeds 20°C, thanks to its integrated cooling system, which eliminates the need for an air-conditioned room.

The DRG-5 PRO is built to last. Its chassis, hemispherical bowl, air ducts, and all parts in contact with the product are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and food compliance.
What distinguishes the DRG-5 PRO is its integrated refrigeration unit. This allows for precise adjustment of the working temperature within a range of 5 to 30 °C, ensuring optimal control of the coating process, regardless of external conditions.
The machine is equipped with an inverter for adjusting the rotation speed of the bowl, offering great flexibility to adapt to various products and textures. A centrifugal fan ensures efficient forced air circulation inside the bowl, essential for uniform coating.
The electrical panel is integrated into the structure, using reliable components from Schneider Electric and Omron drivers. An intuitive control panel groups all necessary functions for controlling the work cycle. For easy mobility, the DRG-5 PRO comes with a support trolley equipped with 4 swivel wheels.
The DRG-5 PRO offers a production capacity of 5 to 6 kg per batch (dried fruit + chocolate). The batch duration is optimized: allow 40 to 50 minutes for a 1:1 coating and 60 to 70 minutes for a 2:1 coating, ensuring efficient output for your creations.
